What is the Open Education Conference?
The Open Education Conference is an annual convening for sharing and learning about open educational resources, open pedagogy, and open education. OpenEd22 will be held virtually on October 17-20, 2022 and will convene more than 1,000 participants from the U.S., Canada, and around the world.
How do I view the program?
The program encompasses more than 150 live and pre-recorded sessions from a broad range of open education practitioners, advocates, and researchers. We encourage you to browse the full list of sessions or view the schedule as a grid.
How do I register?
Registration is open. To view current rates, visit our tickets page to purchase your ticket via Eventbrite. There are also scholarships available by application. To purchase registrations in bulk (groups of 15 or more), please contact us.
How do I log in? What if I forgot my password?
Registered attendees can log in by activating your Sched account with your Eventbrite ticket number. If you do not know your password, simply reset it.
How will I access the conference on October 17-20?
Attendees will access the conference by logging into Sched. Logged-in attendees will be able to view embedded videos and access Video Stream links to join live sessions. Live sessions are held via Zoom.
Are sessions captioned?
Yes. All sessions will have automatic captions, and all pre-recorded videos are captioned. To discuss other accommodations or accessibility information, please email contact@openeducationconference.org.
