I am an adjunct faculty member at Oregon Coast Community College. I teach Sociology, GED, and ESOL. We are a small but mighty community college located on the central Oregon Coast.
I also am the discipline lead for Sociology at OpenOregon. I am the lead author of a new open textbook,
Social Problems: Inequality and Interdependence. It has been a true delight to work on this project - a master class in excellence in teaching, learning, and equity.
