Charlotte Dailey is the Program Specialist for Open Educational Resources in Postsecondary Education at the Southern Regional Education Board. Before coming to SREB, Charlotte most recently worked in Higher Education where she managed federally funded grants to provide Farm Management Education for New, Beginning Farmers and Ranchers in Mississippi. A long-standing advocate for education, Charlotte has worked over 20 years in Higher Education, with community service in local school districts. She brings with her many years of experience working in the areas of non-profit management, program development, and grant/project management.
