I'm an Adjunct Professor of Spanish and Linguistics and serve as the OER/ZTC Coordinator at Cañada College, which is part of the San Mateo County Community College District. As the OER/ZTC Coordinator, I work with colleagues and students to implement the use of OER, open pedagogy, and zero-textbook-cost measures across campus. As OER/ZTC Coordinator, I also chair Cañada's Textbook Affordability Subcommittee of the Academic Senate, and I run the ZTC Adopter Program. At the District, I chair the District Academic Senate Standing Committee on Teaching and Learning (DTL).
